In instances where a custom product falls short of expectations or arrives defective, we are committed to collaborating with the fabricator or manufacturer to promptly identify and implement a satisfactory solution, ensuring a quick resolution to the issue.
For products that do not fall under the category of custom orders, our return policy comes into play. We gladly accept returns for these items in exchange for in-store credit, provided that the product is in unused condition, accompanied by the original tags, and returned within 20 days of the initial purchase.
It's important to note that all discounted items are designated as FINAL SALE, rendering them ineligible for return or exchange.
