At RBR Interiors, we charge by time and products. This includes consultations, site visits, the time devoted to sourcing products, freight charges, and the items procured specifically for our clients, all of which are billed accordingly.

Upon completion of the initial consultation and determining the scope of work, the client will be presented with a proposal. Once the scope of work is agreed upon, we proceed to create a contract outlining the agreed terms.

For all custom work—including custom furniture, fabric, trim, rugs, lighting, drapery hardware, or wallpaper—a 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering to initiate the process.

We offer multiple payment options, including cash, check, and credit card.

The arrangement for payment to the fabricator varies based on the project specifics. Generally, our clients directly handle payments to the fabricator, but this can be determined and managed on a project-by-project basis.

Technology allows us to address projects outside of our service area. This is decided on a case by case basis and the size and scope of the project.

Absolutely! Our team can arrange for our draftsman to create detailed plans of your existing structure, creating a comprehensive vision for your project.

Yes, we maintain a network of trusted contractors in the San Angelo area and are happy to recommend various professionals based on your project's requirements.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to vendor approval. In most cases, returns involve restocking fees, processing fees, and shipping costs. If approved, returns are credited as in-store credit.
